Had an opener installed by dealer on my '15 Ultra and it worked fine. Had to replace my Craftsman opener this spring and now the bike won't open the door. I can hear it/see the red light click/flash on the Harley transmitter, but door doesn't work. I checked that my red wire goes to the red block on opener along with white wire/red tracer from wall switch, black wire in the next block (white block) with the plain white wire from wall switch. I'm guessing the new Craftsman Opener(P/N 41D7675) isn't compatible with the Harley Opener?

 

You're not going to find much help on touring garage door openers in the Dyna forum. Post this in the Touring section and you'll probably get answers.

I'm sure your remote needs to be programmed to your new opener. Did you look at the manual and try that? I'm sure you didn't expect it to just work.

 

did you pair the opener with the lift mechanism

 

Agree with previous two posters. Need to pair with new door. May not be possible. Touring section will give you more help.
