Does the vance and hines big radius 2 into 1 require removal of the passenger footpeg?

Default Does the vance and hines big radius 2 into 1 require removal of the passenger footpeg?
I have a 2013 wide glide and want to put the big radius 2 into 1 pipe on but I want to keep the passenger foot peg.

it should come with the required spacer

And you can purchase a second one to even out the other side if desired.

Watch the clearance on the fender with the spacer. I've read of a few cases on here where guys have wrinkled their fenders on a big bump due to how close to the fender the peg gets with the spacer.
