Default would a new stage 1 A/C and remapping cause air leaks and oil spits?

I ride 2016 dyna low rider. I just recently used my warranty to fix my breathers and air leaks as well for my clutch switches. i was having high idles during the time... before it happened i had a new stage 1 big sucker installed as well as the V&H fuel pak. (i still had
the stock exhaust with a V&H slipon)
Before i gave my bike to the dealership I reinstalled the stock Air Intake and let them take look at it and everything was fixed and replaced. so my question is would it be safe to put back my stage 1 back on and still remap the whole bike how it was cause i was hoping
that the new air intake was not the problem of cause the air leaks.

fine to put it back on and retune. only time a problem would arise with an air leak would be if you're not getting the backing plate seated properly is the only place you could introduce an air leak

Did you block off the head vents to allow pressure from the engine internals escape? the heads need to vent.
