Fender Is Done.
It's finally done! Took a Fat Bob rear fender and cut an inch out of the center and three inches of length off it. Made my own tail light bracket and plate holder. I think it looks like something the factory could have offered.
Now if it would warm up a bit I could take it for a ride! Steve https://cimg9.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.hdf...9db99497de.jpg https://cimg1.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.hdf...7739290631.jpg |
You're right, it does. I think it looks damn good! Great job! Did you paint and pinstripe it yourself too?
Damn good job! |

Looks Fantastic !!

I've always thought that generation of Fat Bob/Wide Glide fender was too long. Very nicely done.

That really looks good , did you have any issues with the struts sitting wider than the narrowed fende? |
Wow, that really looks nice! I've always liked a good bobbed fender, but when the factory does it they often end up cartoonish... You nailed it!
