If the hub is fine then order up a set of stainless spokes and a new rim thats mabye a hair wider, depends on taste. And spend some time lacing her back up. Its a good skill to learn and if someone needs theirs done you can make a litttle side cash. Unless its a brother, i have never and never will charge a brother to work on his bike... i just make him help me so he learns.

Not OD (that's the same 52mm) ...I'm Talkin' Width
and YES, the Hub changed
See my SIG ... 9247 (1" ID) vs. 9276 / 9276A / 9276B (25mm ID)
I don't make this stuff up ... I just Learn it

Before any Readers' ... "Yeah, but Harley's "Parts and Acessories" lists the same wheel (part#) for 2006-later, how can that be?"
Well, here's how ...
It's now 2019, HD sells you a 2006-07 Designed Wheel and then you buy a Bearing Shim to put under the Primary Bearing to move the 08-later Thinner bearing out to the proper position if you have a 08-later bike.
That's not True on Original Wheels to the bike, because of course 2006-07 was before the Design Change
