Default FXDB w/Heavy Breather

Question for everyone. I have a 13 Street Bob with a Screamin Eagle Heavy Breather - came from the dealer that way (tuned/synced with a pair of Cobra exhaust) & I'm the second owner - it runs pretty damn amazing. I'm not a huge fan of how the Heavy Breather looks so I was wanting to replace it with an Arlen Ness Big Sucker (stage 1). Is there any tuning or carb work that will need to be done or is it a simple swap?

Just swap it out. No re-tuning required.

You may notice some decel pop. Hard to say until you do the swap. Should be pretty close. Invest into a tuner either way. You wont regret it. They arent too expensive.

Most tuners I see are $300-400. Wouldn't it be cheaper to have a Bike shop do it for me?

It's already tuned for a higher flow intake... just swap it.

300 to 400 is an investment but a good tuner will grow with you.

Probably not. If it's a dealer selling you a download save your money and buy a tuner. I don't think an indie shop will be much cheaper either, but if that's the way you want to go make sure they know what they're doing. Everybody will say they can tune the bike but that doesn't mean they're competent.
