Hey everyone! I was curious if anyone knew if it was possible to put a Memphis Shades road warrior fairing on a 2015 fxdl. I know the website says that it won’t and I read on a forum that it’s because the 2015 fxdl have a top mounted headlight. I am curious if I bought a headlight relocation kit if I could make a road warrior fairing fit. What do y’all think?

 

You can make just about anything work if you’re happy to customise. If you want a direct bolt on I suspect the unique low rider handlebar/riser is your problem.

 

The top mount headlight is the big issue because the fairing requires the use of a headlight extension block that’s designed for a low mount headlight. Also the difference in the triple tree rake between the street bob and low rider will hold you up. With stock risers and bars the windscreen will contact your front master cylinder/brake line. It’s possible to do, just not quite plug and play.
