ok here is the video, I tried to figure out what is loose and it seems the exhaust pipe is loose where it connects to the cylinder....
what to do here is the video

It seems like the exhaust shield clamp is loose. Should be able to tighten it up. If the clamp is broken, then remove the header and check it out. In the case where the flange bolts are loose then they need to be torqued down.
Not rocket science.

i torqued them down, but I am afraid to not do too much so I dont strip the thread

So if the flange bolts are tight then it must be the heat shield. That's what it looks like in your video. It's just a big hose clamp that holds it tight. I don't know why you can't get a screwdriver nut driver on it. A little lube may help.

both move the shield and the pipe, forward and backward....the clamp does nto tighten I used the screwdriver....is it broken? Or something missing? all other clamps, 4 on each pipe are toghtened down. this one does not want to

You're asking me if it's broken? I'm not there. I would take off the whole pipe and see what's going on. The clamp may be corroded or the part that it slides into on the heat shield has broken away from the welds.

ok i removed the bottom exhaust pipe, the clamp is broken in half.....and where the pipe connects to the engine head there is nothing in between , like a gasket or something...so I am confused really

There is always a gap between the flange to where it bolts to the head. The gasket is inside the exhaust port. Pics might help.
