I guess the head cheeseball would be me with my magnetic chrome flames. Damn I never knew there were so many biker-don'ts until I started coming here. First, off with the stickers, then the reflectors, and now my flames. Am I missing something else obvious?
By the way, I don't think 5 days is too long but not everyone will find someone to start and finish a paint job in 3 days - especially a good quality one. And there's still that issue of someone not wanting your favorite tatt pasted on the side of their tank when you go to sellthe bike.

Don't sweat it. Nothing wrong with making a mistake as long as we learn from it.
And a 5 day turn-around is almost Biker Build-Off world-record speed. Not that common in my experience
You certainly got an excellent looking paintjob in record time.

RE: Custom Paint
Smiley, The paint job cost me $1800 I thought it was pretty steep but for a one off paint jobI went for it. I got to pick the colors I wanted and told him exactly what I wanted. The pic I posted just shows the flames, but inside the flames is a 3/4 view of a skull. I will see if I can findsome showing the skulls and the flames.

I'm thinking about "ghosting in some real "Hoo-Hoo's" into my tank and fenders. Something that is not real obvious to the casual observer. I'm not into skulls and stuff like that, but a few real "Hoo-Hoo's", now that would be interesting. Also thinking about weaving key-fobs from "Hoo-Hoo Fur". Think I have found me a niche in the market. Now I just need the voluteers.
