List price on the Stage I 103 kit is $640, soyour dealerwould be getting $660 for labor. That would be $82.50/hour for 8 hour. Doesn't seem like a deal to me.
$1395 installed for a Stage II 103 kit, which has a list price of $1200, is a deal.

Whats the difference between a stage1 103 and a stage2 103?
Also is the 640$ 103 kit something you can do easily?

After doing some more research you can get the brand new stage 1 kit for $425 (screaming eagle) and brand new dyna (andrews cams) for 200$ so for the stage 2 you can still get it for 625$.
The 200$ is just for the cams and not the whole kit.
The whole cam shaft kit was 1279$ (pictured below)

Hi Guy's I am new to this forum but I have just my 08 road king classic collected
to have the 103cu stage II kit fitted over here in England it will cost me £1250.00
sterling about $1800 dollars so I think if you are happy with the us price go with it
I am just looking forward to getting my bike back.
Have a good Christmas
