I just got mine back today after having the washer replaced and the "fall away" adjusted.I haven't heard a clunck since. Not only that but it seems to feel more stable at freeway speed than before.Maybe just my imagination.

I thought mine was just part of the "Harley tunes" [sm=coolness.gif]I have isolated it to the front brake though. I am coming up on 10,000 miles so I guess it will be dealt with then. Its only there on hard braking with the front brake. [sm=burnout.gif]

Had the same or similar situation with my forks when going over minor bumps or using just the front brake to slow down. I would also describe it as a chatter. Had them take a look and they couldn't find anything wrong even after taking the forks apart. Everything was normal and to spec. I did have them upgrade to the SE fork oil when they put it back together and that corrected my issue. That stock oil is like water....pure crap. Now I have a lot less dipping of the forks and the 'chatter/clunk' is gone. So, the moral to my story is maybe try the heavier fork oil.
