How lean color is ok for spark plug's
any one have a photo of a spark plug that is lean but ok ? Sometimes I am a real Idiot I never checked my plug's b/4 I installed my v/h slipon's and now I am paranoid it run's great and sound's great but I cant afford all the other addon's right now the stealer said it ran great but I might burn a hole in piston if it run's to lean so now I am paranoid plug's are little liter than skin color right now !Any suggestion's welcome !

You can't really go by plug color anymore. My last 2 bikes plugs were pure white when I changed them. The fuel now days is different. To properly read a plug, you have to look at a lot of different things, like the electrode and the ground strap. I don't remember what exactly to look for on those, but I imagine you can google it and find some info.
These bikes already run pretty lean from the factory, and that does'nt help with plug reading.

mine are white with a dark thin ring midway down... you do not want them black(rich) or having a light brown glassy deposit (too lean).
from the service manual: a plug with white, yellow ,tan, or rusty brown powdery deposit indicates balanced combustion.
