Well it took me 8 years and I finally joined the elite group of bikers that have been down. Lucky for me though my hog was safe and sound at home. Im bike-sitting for my buddy who left for a 1yr in Korea and he has a crotch-rocket. Well me and the girl friend took it to the weekly cub scout meeting and some person chatting on a cell phone came over in my lane and decided she wanted to turn left. Me not being too familiar with his bike locked up the brakes and began sliding. I quickly released and tried to swerve to avoid inevitable doom but the damage was done. The bike tire had started going side ways and when the bike righted itself up..we went flying. My leg was pinned under the bike as I went sliding and my girl went flying. Long story short...she cussed out the EMT for cutting up her favorite jeans (she isa piece of work) and she avoided certain injuries from her helmet and the fact she had a backpack on with a tent in it. She had a scraped up shoulder and wrist and I hada road rash knee and my toe looked like a burnt hot dog. The top part of my boots got taken offby the road then thetoesolidarized from the bike.

She ended up taking the ambulance ride where that same EMT started hitting on her. He ended up stealing her phone number off her paperwork and began calling her to go out with him and not tell me. She was not too happy about this sothe other night he called and I told him he had two options..come over for his *** whipping orlose his job for aprivacy act violation.He hung up so we turned him in and now he is under investigation and about tobe fired. Im still hoping to find him though so I can"talk" it over with him. Best part about it was on the way back from the ERmy girl said thank goodness it wasntyour harley and i cant wait till you get better sowe can go riding. Took about 3 weeks for us to heal but we are back up on thatIron Horse and heading to a rally this weekend!! RIDE ON BROTHERS!!!

Really glad you are both okay and glad to hear your OL wasn't swayed by the EMT! Sounds like you gotta keeper! Now if you can find the jeans she lost you'll be in like flint!
