Probably not. I recently emailed v&H about a set of pipes that were built for a 2005 dyna. I wanted to put them on 2007 dyna. They said the 05 pipe would not fit because the routing is completely different. You can always try and see what you come up with...

nope they wont fit your bike the motor is different, also you have o2 sensors.....

 

the pipe for the 99 do not have o2 sensor bungs, and the rear mount is different.
will not fit.

Welcome. I think they changed in 06 so I don't think they will work.
