I installed the HD Stealth grips and the chrome button covers. I am glad I only had to install the button covers once, talk about a freaking pain. The next item I am buying is the V&H Shortshots Staggered pipes and would like your guys opinions concerning black or chrome pipes. I am leaning towards chrome.

If I were you I would go with the black short shots but actually either one would look good.

 

+1 on the black short shots. I love the way they look. Me personally I chose the chrome butwould consider getting the black heat shields to switch out once in a while.

 

Thanks for the input. The vedict is still out on the grips I am not crazy about the end caps, they seem to be a little loose.

I'd go with black on your gray motor.

 

black for me. you can always powder coat the heat shields.

 

Either one would look good.
My preference was black though.
