I know it says '07-'08 but my guess would be that it would fit.

 

i am not a big fan of buying tuners off ebay... get them from the company that makes them or from someone that will help you if it goes bad... AND THEY DO... dont want to be out the $$$ what you doing to the bike?

To answer your question, yes it "should" fit. Nothing changed for the 09 model.
BUT, I agree with the others as well. I wouldn't buy that from ebay.

Call fuel moto and tell them what you have, and all details of the bike. They will sell you one that is guaranteed to work.

I am running a 07 - 08 PIII on my 09 and could not be happier with how my bike is running. My buddy used fuelmoto for his touring bike and Jamie has decided not to respond to his questions after the sale. I was shocked to hear this after all the good reviews on this site.
