I just made a 2.5" from some stuff and painted it black. I think it helped the looks of my bike quite a bit.
More noticeably though... my bike seems to run cooler, almost twice as fast, corners better too, shakes less at speed, more at idle, starts quicker, gets better mileage, looks shinier, blocks the wind so my hair doesn't get messed up, my tires last longer, and I swear...when I checked the NADA guide, the numbers in the book changed....and THEN two random chicks just threw themselves on the ground if front of me and started doin each other.
Can't wait to finish my bigger tank lift!
