Default Would stock 96" fit?

Would stock 96" cylinder and heads fit to upgrade my 03 stock 1450? Just curious if it will and what's needed. Or if I get some 95" cylinders and heads what else would I need to upgrade. Thanks in advance.......

Your 88 inch and the 96 inch cylinders are both 3.75" bore.

Difference is in the stroke......... 4" opposed to 4 3/8.

You can bore your 88 jugs to 95"

butt

if you were to use the 96 jugs and bore them,
I do believe you would need to change out the intake flanges,
if you wanted to retain your carb or .

The cylinders are all the same... 99-08, the heads are where the difference is. you have to use the intake flanges for the same year of the head, not the bike, so if you use '07 heads, you have to use '06-up intake flanges, 99-05 heads, use 99-05 flanges.
