Default plugs & plug wires? really add up to 6 horses?

I just got a set of high end plug wires. they say that they can add 2 to 6 horses. I dont have them yet. also I have heard that I can get some extra power by stepping up to irridium spark plugs. But I have heard guys go ballistic over they whole thing saying that pugs and wires wont do anything.

I kind of find it hard to believe that they add 6 horses, a set of slip ons wont add 6 horses.

I watched an episode of Horse Power TV Where they tested spark plugs to verify their claims. They did see differences in different plugs but I don't remember specifics. 6hp is a pretty lofty number for a bike that is just under 70hp stock. Thats damn near a 10% gain.

I think you will see a gain only if your plugs and wires are already bad.

Only if it's vivid black...the sheen also cuts through the wind better. Denim creates drag.

The extra weight of the clearcoat negates that factor.
