is the 110/90/19 Avon bigger than the 110/90/19 Metzler?

is the Avon venom 110 taller than the stock dunlop? i slammed my fender and i do not have any room to go up with it... does anyone know?

Got a couple of pics of the Dunlop 110...anyone got pics of the Venom ?

logic says it would have to me taller.......90% of 110mm is 99mm...........90% of 100mm is 90mm.........so assuming the measurements are standardized (or at least close) the 110/90/19 Avon should be about 9mm taller than the 100/90/19 stocker. its not much but 9mm is about 4/10 of an inch...........so depending on how slammed your fender is......

looks like i will be going with the 120/70/19 v rod tire, and dulop SE 180 again... i am going to look to see if any of the metzler, avon, or perelli come in these sizes

You may not be happy with the 120/70 if you are trying to fill up the front fender (120mm X 70% is only 84mm profile.....less than the stock 100 (again this assumes that the measurements are fairly standard; I"ve heard that some manufacturers aren't particularly accurate in their sizing)

the Metzler ME880 comes in a 170/17 (not sure of the profile) rear and a 110/90/19 - I've got a few buddies running them and they say they are excellent tires. Also apparently (I havent ever really looked) the 170 rear metzler has quite a "flat" contact surface which makes it appear wider than it's 170mm width suggests..........if you go that route you get the wider rear and the 110 front with matching tires and tread patterns (no mixing and matching requried)

I think the front is only for a 17 or 18" rim.........aren't you running the stock 19 on the front?
