Default anyone running a V rod front tire? 120/70/19

well it is tire time... i think i have settled on Pirelli Night dragons, they are about 165 for rear and 100 for the front from the motorcycle superstore website.
a while back i dropped my front fender low, and added on a fat bob front fender fender

now it is order time and i want to be 100% that it will fit! the V-rod tire is 120/70/19. i have heard rummors of people using this tire on the st bob... anyone know if this is true? i have been searching all morning, going NUTS!

stock tire is a 100/90/19

if it will not work anyone knw where i can track down a 110/90/19?

I'm pretty sure I read in one of Bosken's posts that he was running the VRod 120 with no problems......as far as the 110/90/19 goes the Metzler ME880 come in that size...you can mate it to a 170 rear as well

I don't see why it wouldn't work. I am running a 120/70/21. I did have to raise my fender a few mm just for piece of mind.

Dunlop or an Avon Venom..110/90/19 is the correct oversize tire for the SB...the 120 might fit but the rim is actually pinching the tire which gives it an incorrect rolling surface so your not actually getting a 120 width..

110 avon venom is actually 119 mm wide, and designed to fit on a 2.5 rim
it is taller so guard clearance will be less

Dude, get the Avon venom 110. It is such a fat tire and looks badass! You won't regret it.. not one bit! I got mine from TireExpress.com - GREAT prices and crazy fast shipping.

Can you mix the venom with the SE180 on the rear?
