Default 2010 Dyna Super Glide installation question

I bought a rallyrunner seat today and came home and installed it. I put it in the clip in the front and the bolt in the rear per the instructions, but when I pulled up on it to make sure it was secure, it is moves in the middle and feels kind of flimsy, what can I do?

Next I got the passenger foot peg kit and couldn't get the the front belt guard nut off and now it is a little stripped, I feel like an idiot this stuff should of been pretty easy. Any help would be appreciated.

take the seat back off and readjust.

Use a different tool, or the correct size tool on the bolt, or if stripped, get vice grips, and buy new nuts later.

Is that what you were asking?
