Default Well, not crazy about it.. but it feels MUCH better!

I just HAD to lose the drag bars. I seriously LOVED the way they looked and felt, but man... my fingers would just go completely numb after 10-15 miles. It was unbearable. Same thing happened to me on my last bike which had some T-bars. I guess I just have to have my arms up in the air.

Soooo, for now... the apes are back on. Once I get some more $$$, I'll order me a set of 12" rise turned down T-Bars from Elswick Cycles.

But its so nice being able to ride my back again in comfort. It felt CRAZY weird riding with the apes again though... but it feels so much better. Went for a nice long ride today and it was awesome.

But I would never make a post like this without pics, so here ya go!

The bars are Harleys mini apes, which I believe are 10.25" rise? Not 100% sure of that. And the fairing is the same fairing used on the night rods. Just search night rod fairing on the Dyna forum and you'll see a post from Last Saint that has part numbers/pics.

Your bike looks amazing - real nice work and details. A buddy of mine runs a integrated bar riser - 8 inch - I think on a soft tail standard and it looks great. 12 inch maybe a little nuts.

Or maybe the drag bars with 6 or 8. Does the fatbob use 6's?

I like it Adrian! The fairing and apes go well together. It will look good with some T-bars too.

Every time I see the fairing...I get to thinking.
