Led sleds and bareknuckle choppers make good quality cheap fenders. American classic motors has dirt cheap blanks.

Are you going to at least have it rolled at a shop or something? Or just a plain old flat trailer fender on the back of your bike?

 

This was done with a stock dyna fender, not exactly what you're looking for but but I think he even went with a 16" rim to get the white wall tires.It looks like he just cut along the line that runs down the sides of the fender.

Country Punk: is your statement about the Sumax composite fenders an educated opinion or just an opinion. I'm aware of quite a few people on other sites that have been using the Sumax fenders for years & based on their good experience with them highly recommend them.

 

I don't believe fiberglass belongs on a Harley, plain and simple. You don't have to agree.
