Default Tach and wrapped pipes installed

I used these install instructions from a member of this board and it worked great. I did not remove the trip meter reset and had enough room to work. http://www.shareaproject.com/pages/i...i,2369,00.html

I used an Auto Meter 8K tach (3.5" wide) without recall, can't explain why tach rests at 700 rpm; but when running it's around 1000-1050 idle.

Wrapped pipes; a little old school and added mid foot pegs. When burning in pipes, roll your bike outside the garage, I didn'y realize they would smoke like they did.

Nice man, like your wheels. What are those aluminum looking wraps on your pipes? Thanks, Brent-

Awesome! Love that tach as well. Very nicely done. Gotta get a shot of the whole bike though!

I don't like pipe wrap and it doesn't look "old school", but you did a good job on it and it doesn't look bad at all. I don't really understand the need for a tach either, but that's a clean install. It looks like you generally take pride in your work and I respect that. The bike is coming together nicely.
