You talking about the one that goes on the fender? I have one from Motherwell it is chrome.

 

Yes one for the fender, I was looking for a detachable to make a tour pak mount out of.

I use the same rack & bag on my FXD2003; had to make it a bit wider though.

I ordered 2 extra bolts (Bolt, button head, 3/8-16 x 2-1/4 p/n 4154) and locknuts (Locknut, hex, 3/8-16 p/n 7778) as used on the front fixing points and used them on the rear instead of the signal light stand offs:
