Talking Help and ideas for customizing my Dyna

Well let me start out by saying a have been surfing this forum for all kinds of info and still am.. and well..lol.. probably will be.. I have a 03 Superglide.. with 10,000 mi.. I am looking to customize my scoot.. Mods so far are SE filter and backing plate, rejet on carbs, V&H short shots, HD forward controls, chrome clam shell, got rid of the football and put a nice old school HD cover.. Thanks to this website I did this all myself.. I looking for further help with ideas and suggestions.. to give an idea of what I am looking for.. I would like to put a WG front end on or something better..looks are important but performance is also to me.. I am currently putting on a 21" sportster wheel on the front , and thinking of putting on
-1 shocks.. I ride two quite alot so I have to keep that in mind.. Well sorry so long.. any help and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.. and Thank you to all..

like freddy said... lets see this bike so we can offer up a suggestion or two.

but ill start with this. hows your bars treatin ya? new handle bars really transform the look of a bike. are you a more agressive rider, drag bars/t bars? like to just cruise, apes? yes you can ride agressivly with apes, but have you ever seen any race bikes with apes, there is a reason for that.

can always go with new grips/pegs or floor boards/ saddlebags???

If you spend any time at all in motorcycle mags or find yourself looking at some bikes for longer periods of time than others... consider what it is that makes you keep looking.

What do you like about other bikes?

I've only been into bikes for 4 years... it was only in the last couple years I realized that I dig the looks of the 1940s era FLHs.
Have you seen the 'Salute to Our Troops' poster with the redone Xbones & what's her name in the military outfit? THAT's what I'm talkin' about!
My 2nd favorite type of bike is the Bobber... w/o the the apes.

Well any way... It's no surprise to me that the customizations I've done to my Fat Bob reflect those styles.

Keep lookin' at em till you realize why you're lookin'... your style will come to you.

motor work or handlebars.

or start chopping it up.

tank lift. chop the rear fender. don't chop the rear fender, but smooth it out and go with a side mount license plate and brake light. lose the horn/relocate it.

post up a pic. you'll get a lot of feedback that way.

nice this, change that sort of stuff.

Start with a new front end and a custom headlight, there are kits to convert your front to mid or wide for $500.Handle bars next, custom wheels (an early deuce rear wheel 17X4 1/2" will fit right on with out any mod's)Custom paint and if you have any money left you can go big on the motor.
