I always bring my helmet and gear with me. There's no way in hell that I would leave it on the bike.

People are crappy and will steal your stuff.

Just try and park where the bike is a little more vizible . Heck , the bike is darn near as easy to steal as anything else .

I hang mine from the throttle and like jaysonL said "Heck , the bike is darn near as easy to steal as anything else ."
I hardly ever lock the bike, so why worry about my helmet.

I drop mine top side down onto the parking lot, then when it bounces about 3 inches from the ground I give it a quick boot as hard as i can. Trying to see if I can hit a 60 yarder. The when i get back to the bike, i do a 180 rolling burnout toward the helmet, ride over at about 40 mph and lean the bike and grab the helmet on the way out while sticking the throttle! (jk)

I just put my helmet anywhere on the bike that it will stay. foot peg throttle, sissy bar etc.

I leave it at home or on the ground under the front tire.

My helmet has been in the garage for several years. I have taken to planning all my trips in a way that I circumnavigate any state with a helmet lay! Sometime it adds a few days to the trip, but it is worth it.

+1 on my old bike with saddle bags I use the handcuffs. On my new bike I just set the helmet on the seat, or take it with me.
