All done!!
Got them finished for now, probably add the wrap later.
The baffles I made are pretty unique I did this at my works shop so I had to take pictures with my cell phone so some are a bit small. I made this picture in MS paint to better describe what I did for baffles.
Tip welded on.
Outer Baffle welded in and mount braket welded on.
Inner Baffle welded in
Outer baffle inside pipe
Welds Cleaned up
A quick coat of DEI Hi-temp silicone paint. (cures flat with heat)
On the bike with finish cured out.

Probably could but I'd rather wrap them. Rode it today and didnt notice any more heat then normal but they do get hot.
My heatshields will be for sale, cheap if anyones interested, along with the factory mufflers (minus the baffles which I destroyed)

Heres a video, still really windy but I dont see that changing anytime soon. Sounds much better in person. I shot this with my cell phone which oddly enough did a better job with the sound then my real camera. The other camera just kept clipping the microphone from the wind and motor noise. This video does that too but not quite as bad. Sounds totally different in person at the part where I walk away from it thats more like the actual sound.
