No problem. I had a sportster before....took over payments from a friend....he filed bankruptcy a year and a half later....had to let her go.....then a year later I got this one....all mine...lol

Am I wrong to assume based on the pics provided that the bolt that broke was a breather bolt?

If so, how is that Ness' fault?

I bet if you check the installation instructions there will be some kind of warning about over tightening those very bolts. That has got to be one of the most frequently snapped bolts on any given Harley. From the low point (the valley) in the threads groove to the inner wall is quite thin. Aren't the original Harley breather bolts used in the installation?
