That new light looks sweet. Gonna have to wait a while to get one, but it's now on my wishlist. Getting ready to put in some Siverstar Ultras for now.

I tried a cheapie hi performance bulb on my Dyna. The bright was great but the dim setting was terrible. When the bulb went out on my Street Glide I replaced it with the Harley Hi Performance bulb and I like it a lot better. Not sure why the pics don't show it but it looks much brighter to me at both bright and dim settings. Liked it so much I bought one for my Dyna and tossed the other bulb.

I also used to run a higher wattage bulb from NAPA in a metric and liked it better than the Silverstar bulbs. I think it was a 80/100 watt. Have not studied the circuits for a new touring bike but curious if the headlight circuit is set up that it could handle the 100 watts of the NAPA bulb. It would need probably about 10 amps dedicated to just the headlight to work with a little safety margin. Just wondering if there is anything else on the headlight circuit? This would not compare to HID or LED but for $10 it was much better than stock.

BTW, the LED uses less amperage draw. according to the instructions, 60% or up to 3 amps.
