Default Harley's Dyna Wide Tire kit...

Yup like many others I gave it a try and thought: "hey maybe a 180 wouldn't be as obnoxious but just right." Well Dunlop lowers the bar again in my opinion, I've gone through 2 sets of those tires and the front tire wore out faster than the rear!?!?! I don't see that happening too often, but wow, on both sets the front tire was trashed as bad as the rear!
I check my tire pressure quite frequently and my fall away is still good but I'm just thinking, maybe its a bad compound for the tire that they're using?

So if there is anyone out there that has had the same problem I'd like to hear you thoughts on the matter.

Thanks.

Mines about ready to replace too after approximately 5000 miles. I'm gonna try the pirelli night dragon this time. About $170 at cycle gear.

That's what mine looked like after barely 5,000 miles so I went to the stock replacement and it's MUCH better wear! Lesson learned! Twice the hard way, what a dope!

I'm guessing yours came stock on your Wide Glide so you might be ok, but on my Street Bob it just eats em up!

I have the Night Dragons and have put 5000 miles on them so far and there is plenty of tread left. they just don't look as wide as the Dunlop.

I've actually heard of the Night Dragons, I might just look into a set of those next time!
