There are many to choose from, but first off, what bike do you have?

jjwin,

My wife didnt like the stock FXDC rear portion of the seat.
I bought a Mustang Vintage solo for long hauls for myself and the matching 12 inch rear pillion for her(so I could remove the pillion when I rode solo).

She says it is like night day. Best investment I made for comfort for the both of us. Regarding looks your mileage may vary, but if comfort is your goal I can whole heartedly recommend the Mustang seats.

Good luck,

Tom

2010 FXDC here and my wife hated the stock seat as well....I put on a Sundowner deep bucket and now she loves it and can ride all day! Lots of great options out there so do your research! Best of luck!

I use a Mustang solo with a backrest. As far as wide seats go it's one of the most visually appealing. I have a solo rack and use a factory seat that snaps onto the rack. Very comfy

Same here except I hated the stock seat as well - went with the HD "touring seat which is about an inch narrower than the Sundowner.
