I used a saw blade that I found at the hardware store. It is exactly the same size as the aircleaner and was about $12.00

Dang! I have a few of these right now with a bit of character to boot that are too dull to use. That idea actually has some merit. At least it gives me food for thought. Thanks for the suggestion.

I too have a AN Big Sucker and found all the same variety of covers that all the catalogs sell and every one is running. So I contacted lonerindustries.com and he made me a one off custom piece that truly makes my bike mine. He is super easy to work with and only wants to do it right. Give him a try and you wont be sorry.
