get the part number, then order it from kutterharley, surdyke or new castle harley. you will save around $75 im guessing, get your brackets from bung king

conely makes them, but seems like i see lots of used conley fairings on my local craigslist. search for conleys on here and you can read the reviews.
maybe check out hole shot choppers in sacramento, they are making tsport fairings also give em a call not sure if they are selling them yet.

just google hd part number 57070-98 (primed quarter fairing).
Depending on your front end, you'll need brackets and clamps to mount it since it's meant for a sporty.
