2012 Dyna wide glide with 103 in is it US only for now or release international soon?

Default 2012 Dyna wide glide with 103 in is it US only for now or release international soon?
Hey guys, I see a dyna wide glide on the HD US website, with a 103......but i'm international and it seems they're still hacking the 96, any ideas if it's going to roll out anytime soon internationally?

You only get an additional 3hp with the 103. Does it really mater?

They are all standared with 103 in Australia for 2012, bar Streetbob & Superglide.
