I was waiting for that. The OP didn't say that he "had to lay it down". He said flat out that the bike came out from under him after locking it up. He knows it's a crash. If it WASN'T a crash, the girl wouldn't have gotten a ticket.

I'd wish people would pay a little more attention. Florida has the look twice campaign. Billboards up every where reminding you to look 2x.
My opinion on people that hit or cause motorcycle should be fined 2x as much so they learn.

Everything fared ok. 1 scratch on the helment. Bran new gloves tore up. Didnt have on leathers. Will be looking for a light jacket to wear for the summer. Ya'll right, was a crash. The whole thing sucks because the weather is perfect for riding. Not to hot.
