I fell back on September 6 and shattered my right wrist. The Doctor put in a plate and 10 screws. I only have about 30% movement in it so I was worried about riding. It was sunny and 67 yesterday so I just had to try. I had a little pain for the first mile but it went away after that. Was out for an hour and man was it nice to ride. I have been in a lot pain till yesterday but no pain after riding yesterday. Cant wait till spring!!!

 

Funny thing about riding, sometimes it cures what's ailing you!!!!! Congrats!!!

I hit a deer in August and broke my leg in 5 places(tib-fib and 3 in the foot). I got to saddle up in November, and although I have a limp and a bit of pain, it all goes away when I climb on the bike. I promise you it only gets better.
