Well it took 2 Buds and a couple drops of oil to get it done. Also the grip was binding on the end of the bar ( I'm an idiot ). These grips were a tad shorter so I had to move the whole assembly out a fuzz and now the sob snaps back like its suppose to. Thanks to all for the help I appreciate it. Now if it only quit raining I'd go for a ride!

Pull the rubber sleeve on the cable down, loosen the lock nut, twist the throttle open. Turn the adjuster until the throttle snaps back.

You probably have the grips shoved on the bars too far. Losen the 4 screws,2 on the switch housing,and 2 on the front brake ,then slide the whole assy. toward the end of the bars. If it works now, adjust for just enough slack for the end of the bar not to drag on the inside of the grip. Tighten screws and go ride.

but I had the dealer do it - just cost a bit...

I did mine last Saturday, used instruction sheet and manual. Left was easy but the right took a little more time and the brass ferrule was key
