I'd argue that Colorado is usually just as good for riding. The dry climate makes riding when it's in the 30s bearable with just a heavy jacket. We usually have two or three days a week that are in the 50s and its February. Plus, the scenery is great, summer temps are normally in the high 80s, you can open carry, and weed is legal. There's a too few liberal hippie **** bags for me but its a nice place to ride.

Lots of great places to live and ride in this world. All I know is that I'm pretty happy where I get to live and ride.

Loved it, now though, doubled in population.

Haven't they taken back CA?
I think that they have AZ, NM, CO,and TX.

Lived all over there though, OB, Alpine and even Campo where there ain't nothin,' even Hill Crest by Balboa park when it was nice and wasn't so much associated wtih the gay scene.
Can't beat the weather though.
Run half of the population out of there now and I'd come back, or maybe if I ever won the lottery.

Florida-hurricanes-humidity 300%-mosquitos-sand fleas-poisonus snake and 20' boas, gators in the road, and if your not related to Batista could be a problem. Besides that they party hard.

I think some of us AZ guys should get together and go ride with the San Diego guys one weekend. Its only 5 hours away. Leave at 5am, meet up at 10am, ride until 3pm or so and head home.

Upstate NY sucks. Haven't been above 35 in months, covered in a foot of snow or so since Christmas, When it is warm enough to ride there is melted snow and salt all over the roads which will eat through your bike fast. Plus our taxes are sky high and now two of my three guns are illegal.

I'm looking for a new state.
