I find if I wear my bandana on my head it solves this problem (my helmet is also a tad big)

I had that problem with a couple helmets, the bell drifter was the worst. Picked up a daytona 1/2 helmet and love it. Lowest profile 1/2 helmet I've found and no lift.

wear an outlaw slim which fits nice and tight usually wear something like a bandana or skull cap anyway which seems to help with comfort.

+1 on the Daytona Carbon Fiber 1/2 helmet. I've found that the chin-strap is key. The strap on the Daytona has an adjustable stirrup on it that can be moved to shorten the forward strap a little. That puts a little more "Pull" on the forward side of the helmet.

Works for me......And. It's small enough to fit in a saddle bag!

Best wishes....Tim(HT)

Obviously the helmet doesn't fit. And as you've discovered, a couple of rolled up paper towels aren't working either. Just go buy a new one that fits correctly.

the Bell Pit Boss has a adjustment on the head band so you can get a better fit. But Yeah you have to have one that fits. I wear a Gmax G55 half helmet, it fit on your head, doesn't look like a mushroom.

I've got a helmet that does that too, royal pita when your trying to get somewhere. AS said you need something else for your noggin, good luck and happy hunting!

( I was going to say something dumb like hey duct tape is your friend!, or have you tried roofing silicone!) lolz

The adjustable chin strap...... now I think we are on to something..... I've actually had this problem with a few helmets, not just my current one.... But My current helmet seems like the CHIN strap would be better called an Adam's Apple strap, it has a feeling of being back way to far.....

I'm gonna look up that Daytona Carbon Fiber......

Thanks guys!

Roofing Silicone was going to be my next choice, I sure hope this works instead
