The 2 up sundowner will put you almost on the tank.
I am only 5'7" with a 29" inseam and it pushes me way too forward.

My bike is not a custom, but you can see more pics from the link in my Sig. The seat is a tallboy which is similar.

Tallboy seat raises you up and back - it is also wider than a touring seat.

Yes, that seat is a bit large but its a whole lot better than stock and your passenger will like it too. It's a 2010.
Are those Fat Bob handlebars? Those bolt right in as well?

No, both bars and risers are Fat Boy Lo, bars are also stock on 2010+ Wide Glide with different risers.
