Dyna which one?

RE: Dyna which one?
I hadn't ridden for 10years plus and rented a Low Rider last year to do Route on. Had only ridden Jap twins before ... It was a fantastic bike, I fell in love and was about to order one when I saw the Street Bob ... same ride position but I prefer the style ... it arrives Wednesday.
I rode 66 with a mate on a Sporty, he was sore and his ********* have gone into hiding since ... I tried it for a day and hated it.
I'm 5'7" and brick shaped ... 220 lbs ... the bike fits me perfectly.
Agree with the others too ... you won't go wrong with any big Harley ... they can all be customised to suit you if you prefer the style of one of the other types. On balance the Dyna handles better for me too.

Get the one you have always wanted, otherwise you will never be happy.
On the Sportster....all of what your reading is coming from guys riding 2003 and older models with the solid mounted motor. 2004 and newer have a rubber mounted motor, and the Sporty is now basically a "mini-dyna". I Bought a Superglide because i was given a steal of a deal brand new, and although I have it where I want it, (just have to put all the parts on when I get back from Osan) If It was worth anything on trade, I would dump it and get a wideglide....I like raked scooters! My Superglide will be at the same rake now, but a new 96 cuber with a 6-speed would be great!

Another vote for Lowrider. I'm tall so unfortunately the LR is not an option for me. I think the LR will fit you perfect. It is a few more bucks than a SG. You can always get a SG and then drop it down some - that would work perfect too.
I think the WG will stretch you out too much. Just my opinion. It's the tallest Harley made. I put extended forwards on my SG last year and now one of my friends can't ride it because his legs are too short. Even if they were standard forwards like the WG has, he would be stretching all day long - he's 5'8".
