That rear fender/taillight is horrible! They should have put a REAL bobtail fender on it. (pre - 2006)

They ruined the look by changing the rear end from seat to fender.

It reminds me of the AMF "boat tail" fender on the XLH of the 70's

its different but could be made to look like a retro 80s sport type bike easy. i like the paint and the fender. put some good suspension, hot motor, mid controls, some type of cafe fairing, clip on bars, and composite rotors.

i wouldn't trade my dyna for it, but it does have potential with the new rear fender and sand paint.

The new 2014 Fat Bob is not ALL a loss. Ditch that fugly rear fender and you're set.

What were they thinking ?
To each his own...I'm sure you are very proud of your Sportster!

I think it was the '72 Super Glide that had the fugly rear end on it.... ACK !! Now see, I like your '10 Fat Bob. It has nice lines. The 2014 looks like a crotch rocket on steroids to me. I just wonder who was in charge of the design team on that one...Geesh !!

That I am, but my Sporty doesn't have a wannabe Ninja a$$end on it. If it did, I wouldn't be ridin it. If old style classic lines are so bad, why did the big 3 bring back the body styles of the Camaro, the Mustang, and the Challenger ? The American public ate them up ! JMHO

That it does, a new rear fender would help it immensely, the sand colored paint makes it look to me like Military surplus..
