Street Bob handlebars on switchback

Anyone tried putting street bob handlebars on a switchback? I am interested in seeing if it could be done with stock cables and how it feels. I am 5'8 and want to go higher on the bars but on a two kid budget.

People I know are putting on stock heritage bars on their switchbacks using the factory cables with 100% no problems
