My advice is take it to your HD dealer. Have the insurance adjuster go there
and get a repair estimate from HD(it will be $$$). The insurance company will than issue the check to you. How you get your bike fixed is also up to you.

Glad you're ok man. I'd flip **** on that woman that cut you off. I get so f'ing tired of dumbass drivers that are oblivious to other drivers, and especially motorcyclists. Sorry about your brand new bike getting damaged. Like has been said already, have it safety inspected and get an estimate from a dealer.

To avoid this in the future I will take all back raids home from the dealer during rush hour, I was in the middle lane, I was aware front, back and sides. The lady gunned it, cut right in front of me and then slammed on the brakes. In this exact same situation I'm not sure any of us could have done more.
