picture would help. wiring dimples/holes are on most bars. Are you referring to something different?

yes they all come with it. don't leave the cap on just put grip on as normal.

DesertDyna, here's a pic
Futat2, so just pop the cap off, install the grip and forget all about it? I can do that...

I left that cap on when I installed my Outlawz, although I am not sure if I should have or not. Lol I haven't had any issue yet though.
