Headlight on left bought in July (Garage Kept never in rain)

I really hate resulting to this sort of thread but my frustration has reached boiling...

In late July I bought the Plug and Play Bullet Headlight from NAMZ. I noticed within a couple of weeks it began to fog "REALLY BAD!" So I contacted the company and they suggested I take the headlight apart and insure it was sealed properly...


Holding the headlight together is a tiny allen bolt...
I asked Tyler from NAMZ for the size but he didn't know... Well needless to say it stripped very easily.

Make a long story short I ordered a second headlight because they were not going to replace the headlight and told me it didn't look fogged in the pictures... B*LL...

The second headlight which I opened yesterday has a crooked bulb...

God forbid anyone has to get this thing apart...

CAN ANYONE with experience with these lights help me out with some info... Allen wrench size ETC...
Experience with NAMZ as a company and possible alternatives to a 6" diameter bullet headlight.
