do not have that service info but the color coding perhaps points to a module of sorts for the l/r turn signals.
thinking maybe a load block someone added for led operation. i know it is not the canceller which was recalled. (68384-91) maybe some module of sorts that replaced it thinking not hd.
someone here has to have a electrical manual.

 

I concur, violet brown and black wires typically correspond with the L/R Turn signal signal wires. Maybe it is aftermarket as there are no HD markings on it as far as I can see.

 

Does the bike have LED bulbs? They may be on to something here. Looks like it could be a load equalizer.

 

Yeah the bike had blue dot lenses when I got it when a bulb went out I found out the the bulbs where smaller than stock I don't think they where led. I bought some new stock bulbs and they would not fit so I changed the lenses back to stock and stock bulbs. The turn signals work fine I was just worried about that brown wire that was lose wondering if I left it off when I changed the battery. Gunna find the old bulbs an see if they are led but don't think so. Thanks
