Default No Low Beam. Only High Beams

2005 883 Sportster.

I only have high beams. When i switch to low beams, the high goes off but the low doesnt go on. I disconnected the connections, checked for continuity between the harness's, and have that. New bulb, checked for 12 volts on the yellow low beam wire at the harness, and nothing. Could it be the handlebar switch?

How can i check that?

Disconnect the plug for the left side handlebar switches, get out your ohmmeter, and read out the switch, look for continuity between the blue wire and the yellow wire, with the switch in the low beam position.
